The Illinois four piece are mixing it up with hip hop vibes, angsty rock, and unapologetic pop music. There is a genuineness to Sam’s lyrics that he delivers with a confidence and self-assurance rarely found in the alternative scene.
So where does it come from? “Our music is a reflection of our community and group of friends. We’ve seldom played a show that didn’t have a DJ, pop, or hip hop act.” They genuinely enjoy all styles of music, and are proof that you can be in an alternative band and still create music that isn’t put in just one box. “We’re out here writing music that we love, inspired and influenced by whatever moves us in the moment”. With that, they’ve gained a passionate following and exciting sound that is all their own.
